Close to Centennial Park, the Centennial office of Nashville ENT is located in Physicians Park of Centennial Medical Center.
From I-40, take the Charlotte Avenue exit. You will be heading away from Downtown. Turn Left onto 23rd avenue and Centennial Medical Center will be on your right. Directly ahead you will see a crosswalk. There is free parking available in the parking garage below it. Follow the signs to parking for physician offices.
The building is also convenient to I-440 at the West End Avenue exit. From I-440, exit toward Centennial Park and the Parthenon. Continue on West End Avenue and turn left on 23rd Ave.
Directly ahead you will see the crosswalk and you will turn left into the parking garage.

Our St. Thomas Office is located on the eighth floor in suite 803 of the Medical Plaza East bldg. at St. Thomas Hospital. Our Audiology Department is conveniently located right down the hall in suite 807.
This building is approximately four miles west of downtown Nashville (West End Avenue becomes Harding Road as you head west). It is easily accessible from the I-440 West End Avenue exit, Highways 100 and 70S from west of Nashville, and from Briley Parkway from the North.
Free parking is available in the attached patient parking garage.
